end kernel panic not syncing fatal exception in interrupt

This error will appear when use reboot command. It can start normally after using the shutdown command。
Kernel: x86_64 Linux 5.16.5-arch1-1

Please don't embed huge images directly.

mt67 has been the target of a few changes recently, it completely broke for 5.16.3 and got fixed in 5.16.5 maybe some remnant of that. Can you define reboot? Is it only if you use the reboot command or also when you shutdown and start again?

Reboot issues like that can often be down to buggy firmware states. Try adding the reboot= kernel parameter and then test behaviours with one of the values: bios, acpi, kbd, triple, efi, or pci (based on the parameter description maybe also consider "cold") so something like reboot=efi (this is easiest done if you have a boot loader that allows you to edit parameters on each boot)
