do you think that it will be safe to make update with:

kdebase-runtime is an old and long since removed KDE4 relict. You can/need to remove it. Maybe do some general orphan cleaning while you are at it: https://wiki.archlinux.org/title/Pacman … _(orphans)

Should the above not suffice look through your pacman -Qm for other packages that are not in the sync DB (this will generally include AUR packages, so you will have to do some informed decisions on what you can and should clean up)
