Failed to start User Manager with error=200/CHDIR

I'm trying to use homectl to manage my user account, with home folder stored with the luks option.

When I try to login, it looks like if it's a success and then i'm kicked off !

Looking in the logs seems pretty interesting and i guess these are relevant lines :
févr. 13 20:49:40 AlexPhone systemd-homework[3419]: Moving to final mount point /home/alex completed.
févr. 13 20:49:40 AlexPhone systemd-homework[3419]: Activation completed.
févr. 13 20:49:40 AlexPhone systemd-homework[3419]: Image size is 59.5G, file system size is 59.5G, file system payload size is 58.3G, file system free is 58.3G.
févr. 13 20:49:40 AlexPhone systemd-homed[3074]: Home alex is signed exclusively by our key, accepting.
févr. 13 20:49:40 AlexPhone systemd-homed[3074]: alex: changing state activating-for-acquire → active
févr. 13 20:49:40 AlexPhone login[3409]: pam_systemd_home(login:auth): Home for user alex successfully acquired.

So far so good… but then :
févr. 13 20:49:41 AlexPhone systemd[3444]: pam_unix(systemd-user:session): session opened for user alex(uid=60174) by (uid=0)
févr. 13 20:49:41 AlexPhone systemd[3444]: pam_env(systemd-user:session): deprecated reading of user environment enabled

févr. 13 20:49:41 AlexPhone systemd[3452]: pam_warn(systemd-user:setcred): function=[pam_sm_setcred] flags=0x8004 service=[systemd-user] terminal=[] user=[alex] ruser=[<unknown>] rhost=[<unknown>]
févr. 13 20:49:41 AlexPhone systemd[1]: user@60174.service: Main process exited, code=exited, status=200/CHDIR
févr. 13 20:49:41 AlexPhone systemd[1]: user@60174.service: Failed with result 'exit-code'.
févr. 13 20:49:41 AlexPhone systemd[1]: Failed to start User Manager for UID 60174.

I've been looking for the meaning of error=200/CHDIR and read that it was a wrong folder in the unit configartion file, but when i read the /usr/lib/systemd/system/user@.service i cant find any path that looks «wrong»…

If you have any ideas, thanks (i must admit this is on archlinux arm, but i guess i'm more lucky to have answers here and it may be architecture independent…)

Nope.
