NVMe M.2 SSD do not wake up again after closing Laptop lid

Hi

i update the M.2 SSD in my ThinkPad X13 Gen 1 form the orginal Sk hynix to
Samsung Electronics Co Ltd NVMe SSD Controller SM981/PM981/PM983

copy the whole disk with dd. (mean i use exact the same kernel before) 
All work fine  the system is stable. But there is one problem when i close the Laptop Lid and reopen it the SSD do not wakeup again.

Can anybody give me a  hint ?
Do i need vendor specific divers for M.2 ssd's ?

Try add the kernel parameter iommu=soft which 
unfortunately didn't help.
