I cannot update because update ask to remove pipewire-pulse.
I've switch to pipewire some months ago and I removed pulseaudio. Today when I try to update pacman shows the message:
Conflict pulseaudio with pipewire-pulse. Remove pipewire-pulse;
Pulseaudio is already removed and if I try to remove pipewire-pulse I get dependency errors with pulseaudio-bluetooth which needed by gnome-bluetooth.
I tried to remove libpulse, but again I cannot because again needed by other applications.
Any advice?

Are you sure pulseaudio has been removed?
Can you post your output from
pacman -Qe and pacman -Q
Offline
Because is a long list..
pacman -Qe | grep pulse:
pipewire-pulse 1:0.3.47-1
pulseaudio-equalizer 15.0-1
pulseaudio-jack 15.0-1
xfce4-pulseaudio-plugin 0.4.3-1
pacman -Q | grep pulse:
lib32-libpulse 15.0-1
libpulse 15.0-1
pipewire-pulse 1:0.3.47-1
pulseaudio-alsa 1:1.2.6-3
pulseaudio-equalizer 15.0-1
pulseaudio-jack 15.0-1
pulseaudio-rtp 15.0-1
python-pulsectl 1:21.10.5-1
xfce4-pulseaudio-plugin 0.4.3-1

Can you post the actual error message? There are typos and errors in your excerpt that are not part of the actual message pacman shows for this case. FWIW of this list you should remove pulseaudio-alsa, pulseaudio-jack, pulseaudio-equalizer, pulseaudio-rtp and replace them with their pipewire counterparts. (equalizer doesn't have a direct replacement but should relevantly get covered by easyeffects, rtp is covered by pipewire-zeroconf)
