no sound and bluetooth (hp spectre 360 15-e0100nd)
I have tried multiple distro's, from ubuntu/mint to arch. But i cant get my bluetooth or sound to work. Is there anyone that knows a fix to this? I have tried everything i could find on the internet.

You sure share very little of what you tried. If you "tried everything" you'd be able to provide details of what exactly you tried.
So on the chance of repeating what do you get for
sudo dmesg | grep -iE 'snd|sof'
aplay -lLOffline
