Bluetooth Issue: No default controller available

Hello there!
I installed and enabled bluetooth on arch linux using bluez but i get error when using bluetoothctl

Before using bluetoothctl I tried these things

modprobe btusb
systemctl enable bluetooth
systemctl start bluetooth

Output for lsmod

rfkill                 36864  11 ath9k,bluetooth,dell_laptop,dell_rbtn,cfg80211
bluetooth             737280  14 btrtl,btintel,btbcm,bnep,ath3k,btusb

I am not sure why its happening as it works perfectly when I was on opensuse leap
Maybe a fault on my side?
