Pacman failing to retreve core.db, extra.db [SOLVED]

So, I run Syu weekly, and the past few weeks while scrolling through the output I noticed this: https://i.imgur.com/r7hgQsV.png

I verified that that mirror is an arch  package server, but it seems to be throwing a 523 every time. I just want to make sure my system is fully upgrading properly.
