plasma-discover error during update

Good Morning,

When I try to update my system with Plasma-discover I get the following error:

Failed to download the package:
failed to uptate database: Unexpected error

the console shows the following:

Error happened PackageKit::Transaction::ErrorPackageDownloadFailed "failed to uptate database: "Unexpected error"

with pkcon the following is displayed:

pkcon get-updates

Try

# rm -r /var/lib/PackageKit/

I have done this, the error remains the same.

EDIT:
i have found it.
I had to remove toolchain from pacman.conf.
