Separate Grub entries for same Arch install

Hello,
I think what I am looking to do is create 2 separate grub entries for the same Arch install.
I have set up PCI passtthrough via OFVM following this wiki https://wiki.archlinux.org/title/PCI_pa … ng_the_GPU
As stated in the wiki, there are 2 ways to isolate my GPU using vfio-ids, using kernel parameters (grub in my case) or by editing the /etc/modprobe.d/vfio.conf file.

My ultimate goal is to be able, at boot, to select between my Arch install with and without the pcie passthrough/binding the device IDs to vfio at start up.
In my limited understanding, it seems this could be possible with Grub?

If any one could point me in the right direction, I would greatly appreciate it. The search terms I've been trying keep bringing me 'dual-boot with Windows tutorials' lol

You do basically want to set up a dual boot - just not with windows.  This section should be what you need.  You just need a second entry pretty much just like the one you already have just changing the kernel parameters.
