Trackpad doesn't wake up after hibernate on DELL laptop

So i decided to enable hibernation on my computer to save power at night or between classes. When the computer wakes up everything's fine except for the trackpad which doesn't wake up.

I tired to reload the mouse module (psmouse and mouse dev) and disable and re-enable the xinput device but it didn't change a thing.

I use KDE as a DE, lightdm as DM and do not have the xf86-input-synaptics but libinput instead.
