Kwin in Xfce

Hi there, I'm trying out some some instructions for xfce customizations.
Many apply kwin effects. Although, I'm not able to follow the same instructions on my system (clearly some of the instructions referred to other distributions).

Note that I'm doing this only for educational purposes, not because I actually want to.

So, is there a way to install and use Kwin in Xfce?
