About 5 hours ago I installed CUPS and did pacman -Syu before installing a printer driver from AUR. A few minutes later, the (wired) network icon in my system tray (using KDE Plasma) started showing "limited connectivity." I can reach most websites, Steam, Signal, etc. normally, but I can't ping or otherwise reach archlinux.org, wiki.archlinux.org, or aur.archlinux.org (though, oddly enough, bbs.archlinux.org works).
I am having the same result on my phone when it is connected to my wi-fi, but if I use mobile data or connect via VPN, it works fine. It seems as if archlinux.org is denying connections from my network. Any idea why this would be happening, or if something else might be going on instead?

ping -c1 archlinux.org
ping -c1 95.217.163.246 # archlinux.org IPv4
ping -c1 bbs.archlinux.org
ip a; ip rOffline
Thanks for the suggestion. It looks like my issue resolved itself overnight, but filing this away for future reference.
