Plasma's notification popup doesn't work properly after updating today

Today I update several packages (listed below), and after updating, my plasma's notification (A telegram message) popup just disappears without showing up the application.

The normal situation is that you click on the notification window, and then the application window pops up.

I tried reinstalling Plasma, but the bug still persists.

Does anyone know what is causing this problem? How to fix it?
