Audio device not working properly

Hi everyone,

i cannot use my headphone when i use internal mic but the internal speaker working.
from pavucontrol it shows that
2 input devices, microphone (internal microphone) and headset(i dont have this).
2 output devices, speaker and headphone.

condition :
1. input : headset microphone(i dont have this) and output speaker. this working normal
2. input : headset microphone(i dont have this) and output headphone. this working normal.
3. input : internal mic and output headphone. only input is working but there a indicator for outgoing sound but i cant hear it...
4. input : internal mic and output speaker. this working normal.

laptop : acer swift 3 sf314-54g
kernel : 5.15.32-1-lts

i also add this on modprobe.d

options snd-intel-dspcfg dsp_driver=1
options snd-hda-intel model=dell-headset-multi
options snd-hda-intel power_save=1
