The system does not want to boot from the flash drive

Hi all, maybe someone has already encountered the problem that the system does not want to boot from a flash drive.
I have a laptop Asus, fast and security boot is off, tried to write the image and using rufus and with etcher but the result is the same, when the boot screen appears, various components of the system and at one point the system hangs and does not register to any action.
I have a second laptop which is already installed arch, and it boots from a flash drive normally.

Did you read the note on using Rufus here?

No, it didn't "fix" anything. It just shifted the brokeness one space to the right. - jasonwryan
