Thinkpad Carbon X1 Gen 9 - Volume control only works on 2/4 speakers

Recently I switched from Sway to Cinnamon. Only I can't solve my volume control problem here. I am using pipewire via the following packages: pipewire, pipewire-alsa, pipewire-jack, pipewire-pulse. I also installed sof-firmware.

The problem: my carbon gen 9 has 4 speakers. When I control my volume through the master channel only the volume of the top firing speakers changes. I found out that if I adjust the PCM volume, everything then works correctly. The problem is that when using my fn keys to control the volume, it controls the master volume, not the pcm volume. In Sway I had made a custom keybind `bindsym XF86AudioRaiseVolume exec amixer -c 0 set 'PCM' 5+`. As long as I left the master channel at 100% this worked perfectly. Only I have no idea how to set up this kind of solution in Cinnamon. I'd also rather have the problem solved decently instead of via a workaround. Can anyone help me?
