XFCE4 desktop topbar disappears shortly after logging into Arch.

So when I login to my arch account I just put in the user and pass, 5-10 secs into using Arch the top bar just disappears. How do I fix this?

Hmm,have never seen something like that before
I think there is a problem with Virtualbox
