[SOLVED] VM from qemu/kvm doesn't shutdown properly

Forgive if this doesn't belong here. Not exactly sure where VM related questions go.

I am able to boot into VMs and passthrough hardware no problem. The issue arises upon returning to linux. Virt-manager will hang and ask to force kill. If I hit start on the VM, it doesn't load again.

It seems as though dnsmasq doesn't stop after the shutdown. I don't claim to know much about dnsmasq or if there's something I need to do to make it terminate properly when I shut down a VM.

relevant journal entries after attempted second boot

If I reopen virt-manager later it hangs at "KVM/QEMU Connecting ..."

Thanks for any help!

EDIT: I've figure out the issue here. If I run the VM using `sudo virsh start VMname`, the nosleep.service@VMname runs properly and Linux grabs the GPU back from the guest.
