Shutdown loop

I ran to endless loop when shutting down by arch Linux.

A google drive link isn't a valid image, also don't embed huge images. The forum has a 250x250 px max rule.

The radeon module crashes on its takedown, that's bad but not necessarily the cause of a "loop"
Please post a complete system journal of the last affected boot (eg. "sudo journalctl -b -1 | curl -F 'f:1=<-' ix.io")
