Pulseaudio: How to rename a profile?

In pavucontrol I have two "Analog Stereo Duplex" profiles in the "Configuration" tab.
How can I rename one of them, for example to "Analog Stereo Duplex 2", so I won't always have to try out which is which and confuse them?
