System hangs on loading SDDM [SOLVED]

My first boot into newly installed arch on my gaming laptop was successful, though soon enough I discovered that it won't boot normally again. At first I did add this via grub config:
> To enable DRM (Direct Rendering Manager) kernel mode setting, add the nvidia-drm.modeset=1 kernel parameter. (from archwiki https://wiki.archlinux.org/title/NVIDIA)
Then system began start mostly as usual, except after all OK messages it just hangs.
Exploring logs revealed only this:
> (line 959) May 13 20:10:23 archlinux-G713Q kernel: sp5100-tco sp5100-tco: Watchdog hardware is disabled
and this:
(lines 1395-1396)
May 13 20:10:28 archlinux-G713Q kernel: Bluetooth: hci0: urb 000000009dba9f80 submission failed (113)
May 13 20:10:28 archlinux-G713Q kernel: Bluetooth: hci0: Failed to send wmt func ctrl (-113)
nothing much, I guess, related.

Any ideas?

EDIT:
solution is reinstalling, now the problem has gone.
