Hello guys,
i noticed some strange behavior of pacman. One of my installed packages, yt-dlp, was moved from AUR to official repository community.
Now i randomly found out, that it got an update, but i didn't get it. "pacman -Syu" does not update it and it's not listed as a foreign package by "pacman -Qm" anymore and also not by my aur-update-checker yaah.
I guess, that is some kind of bug, because you lose control over your installed packages.
Or is there something i can do against it , other than writing down all my AUR-packages and check from time to time, if they moved to official repository?
edit:
Maybe its a complete different problem. I checked for an update directly by "pacman -Sy yt-dlp" and it says it up to date. But in the website database it shows a newer version, which was uploaded yesterday. maybe it went something wrong in the upload?

What mirror are you using?

What mirror are you using?
https://mirror.netcologne.de/archlinux/$repo/os/$arch
so you think, they have an old version of the database?

FYI, the package was moved last October: https://lists.archlinux.org/pipermail/a … 60108.html
That mirror is 63 hours out of date. Consider using a better one. Check https://archlinux.org/mirrors/status/

Didn't realize, that this could have been the problem. I will change that.
Thank you!
