Resuming to SDDM after suspension freeeze the internal keyboard

Hi,
after a suspension I resume the archlinux Kde session entering in the sddm login page.
Here if I write the password too fast the first character in input keeps to be inserted (e.g      1|     becomes    1111111111111| ); if I let two seconds pass this problem doesn't show. When the problem showes the laptop keyboard and mouse stop working, while the problem doesn't show with the external one.
