Grub - Windows is not keeping the vendor logo (HP Laptop)

Hi,
I have an arch system with gpt/efi and using Grub as my bootloader.
I also have a dual boot with windows, and I was just wondering why the vendor logo is not appearing in the windows splash screen, meanwhile in the arch set up it appears. I have Plymouth installed to keep the image.

POST: I only use windows for work and I dont care at all if this doesn't get solved I just want to know why it happens.
