No signal on display connected via Thunderbolt dock

Hi, I recently upgraded my desktop PC and now I can't use displays connected to my Thunderbolt dock anymore.
The dock works fine otherwise (at least the devices connected via USB) and the displays are recognized, but claim to receive no signal and then go into standby.

My setup is an ASRock X570M Pro4 mainboard, AMD Ryzen 9 5900X, and ASRock Thunderbolt 3 AIC R2.0 for the Thunderbolt port and an AMD Radeon RX 6700 XT.
Previously I had an AMD Ryzen 5 and an AMD Radeon RX 570.
I run an up to date version of Arch Linux and Gnome (usually the Wayland shell).

I assume it's the difference in the graphics card that causes the issue, but I don't know how to continue to debug it.
I tried:
* Different BIOS settings for the Thunderbolt card (authentication modes)
* Connecting the displays via HDMI instead of DisplayPort
* Waited for the new kernel 5.18
* Tried using Gnome with a classical X server
* Googleing, there seem a lot of similar problems, but not exactly the same

While the PC boots, the display is still receiving a signal and I can enter the BIOS setup. The kernel log lines are also show, but once the graphical display manager takes over, the display switches off. Xrandr does show the display as connected.

How could I continue to debug this problem?
