ucsi_acpi USBC000:00: ppm init failed (-110) randomly appears

Hello there!
I'm having a fairly fresh installation of Arch Linux, and randomly I'm getting the error which prevents me from booting.

ucsi_acpi USBC000:00: ppm init failed (-110)

I'm having Asus Zenbook ux425ua with AMD Ryzen 7 5700U and integrated Radeon Graphics.
In neofetch it also shows GPU: AMD ATI 04:00.0 Lucienne.

The Arch version I'm using is this:

5.18.3-arch1-1

Does anyone have any clues about why it's happening?

After some research it looks like LightDM service fails to start.

systemctl status lightdm

shows that service is enabled, but Active is set to failed, so it failed to start.

okay, guys from a discord server recommended to try a different display manager, so I tried LXDM.
I still can see the original message for a few seconds, but then LXDM actually starts working.
It feels like it's needing something, so it tries to start working, and at some moment it gets what it needs so it actually starts working, but lightdm, probably doesn't wait, but it's just based on my feelings lol.

It's likely you see that error even if it does work just not visible on screen but in the journal. This is probably KMS kicking in too late, see https://wiki.archlinux.org/title/Kernel … _KMS_start for a general solution or https://wiki.archlinux.org/title/LightD … TTY_output for something lightdm specific
