How is the issue connected to Arch linux?
Offline
First: use code tags.
Second:
* ERROR: sys-devel/gcc-11.3.0::gentoo failed (install phase) This forum is only for Arch Linux x86_64, read the forums rules. Ask on Gentoo forum for help.
I'm just someone. Please use

tags.

Third don't copy out of the pager and fourth, the gentoo people will need the entire build log (or certainly more than that segment, because the make process will have encountered the fatal error prior to it)
Offline
This is unrelated to Arch Linux. Please direct your question to the Gentoo support channels.
