[SOLVED] Can't find the gesture setting in KDE plasma 5.25

I upgraded KDE plasma to the latest version today, which is 5.25. According to the KDE community, this version will support trackpad gestures, but I didn't find this option in the system settings, although I've been looking for it all afternoon. I don't know if this feature depends on some packages that I don't have installed. I would be very grateful if someone could help me with this.

Currently using KDE is plasma 5.25.
Use libinput, but the packages libinput-gesture and touchegg are not installed.

It is not configurable, there are no settings.
