[SOLVED] Latte dock on KDE doesn't allow me to move the icons

Hello there, I have this issue with Latte being annoying by not allowing me to move my icons on the Dock as I want to, any attempts at it grays out the icon and puts it in a blue semi-transparent box.

I have no idea what to do. Help would really be appreciated.

PS: the Arch machine that has the problem isn't the same one as the machine that was featured in my previous post, I prefer to use Arch as my primary distro for commonly used PCs.

Please refer to this post where the developer of Latte Dock recommends not to use the 0.10.x version but the -git version.
