Edit your <code>/etc/pacman.conf</code> file and uncomment the community related lines to look like this:

[community]
# Add your preferred servers here, they will be used first
Include = /etc/pacman.d/community

Then sync your repositories and grab it using pacman, like so:

# pacman -Sy tuxcmd
