LibreOffice: Numbers with Hebrew Text do Not Display Correctly

In Calc and Writer if I have text with Hebrew and then regular old Arabic numerals, the numerals are not displayed correctly at all.

Calc cell with Hebrew text: https://imgur.com/2KFfqTn.png but numbers messed up. Here is the same cell if I delete the Hebrew text: https://imgur.com/bYkFNqH.png and you can see the font.

Here is another screenshot: https://imgur.com/0GfFGju.png  It's all the same font, as shown. The first line is an English letter and then 123 and then second line is a Hebrew letter and then 123. All text there is the same font.

Writer sample document attached.

This issue was posted here: https://bugs.documentfoundation.org/sho … ?id=149749 and a member of the LibreOffice team said he doesn't have this issue on his PC and suggested it may a problem with Arch Linux package.
