Audio not working (Realtek ALC296, Azus ZenBook)

I am having trouble understanding how to setup audio on Arch...
I did a fresh install around a week ago and started having issues ever since.
I am using a Asus ZenBook laptop with a Realtek ALC296 audio chip.

I installed AlsaMixer along with Pulseaudio and I think I've tried everything on this forum :')

Issues:
- Can't change my mic input in pavucontrol when I plug earphones with mic.
- Don't have sound coming out of my earphones nor speakers ( I might have touched something... )

Please help me helping you with some commands for more a understandable config.

in code tags that a headset mic on single jack systems doesn't inherently work can be normal but let's check some other things first

You are not actively playing back anything in any of these outputs. What are you using to test? Repost at least fuser and the list-sink-inputs commands during an active playback attempt.

EDIT: Suddenly works after approximately 2 mins of running

EDIT 2: not working anymore... I just plugged my earphones, no sound, unplugged them, no sound .-. I tried re running the command but still nothing
