Issue with apps loading in MATE

I am using MATE and I recently noticed an issue with a couple of apps I can't figure out. The apps I have the issue with are Gnome-Boxes and Webapp-Manager from the AUR. In Gnome boxes when I try to select an iso, I just get a spinning ball. The exact same thing happens in webapp-manager when I try to select an icon. Any ideas?

As for the GNOME Boxes issue, see FS#75181. I can't reproduce the issue with Webapp Manager.
