I noticed a weird behavior while typing. When holding <Shift> and then typing letters "R" and then "C" fast enough in any text field/editor/terminal, the latter "C" comes with a noticeable delay and sometimes not even printed. If I do <Shift> "R" "X" (where "X" is any letter other than "C") it works fine; when I do <Shift> "X" "C" (where "X" is any letter other than "R") it works too.
I believe I tried all letter combinations and only the mysterious sequence of "R" followed by "C" (with <Shift>) misbehaves.
I checked my keyboard shortcuts and mappings (Xfce) ...
xfconf-query -l -c xfce4-keyboard-shortcuts -v | grep Shift
... and there is nothing suspicious there.
I am at lost ¯\_(ツ)_/¯. Any ideas or hypotheses are much welcome and appreciated.

I also though maybe my son's friend, who we call RC causes interference but the issue still persisted after the boy left.
Anyway this is not an Arch issue but rather a quirk/issue with Logitech keyboard. I further tested it with other OSes (other linux and Windows) and the lag is present there as well.
Both Logitech K270 and K295 keyboards are exhibiting the same behavior.
