[SOLVED] Chrome strange behavior

Good morning guys (it's morning now here in Brazil).

So, I started using Firefox and I'm in love with it: it's faster, prettier, doesn't collect my data, etc, only advantages, right? Well, skype web won't share my screen since the icon just doesn't exist (the same thing happens if I install skype, the icon just disappears). Everything works fine except for that, so I decided to reinstall Chrome and use it only for skype web and screen sharing through it. The problems are:

Chrome started asking for my kwallet password and I would like it to work without doing that  (I would like to turn off or unninstall kwallet, since it's just another thing to bug the permissions on the system, but vscode requires it to connect to github).

Besides that, Chrome won't share the screen anymore. Before starting using Firefox, I used to share my screen on Chrome through xdg-desktop-portal and xdg-desktop-portal-kde, but they don't seem to work anymore.

Any ideas on how to make Chrome or Skype share the screen without problems?

Thanks in advance.

PS: I was able to share the screen on Chrome once I enabled WebRTC pipewire support in chrome://flags, but now the image is completely screwed. I think this may have something to do with wayland, so I'll try to do it on x11 now.
Yep, it was Wayland, I can share my screen on x11 through Chrome and Firefox perfectly, and without the need of xdg-desktop-portal or xdg-desktop-portal kde.

Re: [SOLVED] Chrome strange behavior

Thank you! From what I understood then, it's impossible to turn kwallet off, since in the link it says that I can choose a keyring but there's nothing about disabling or choosing no keyring at all. Too bad, firefox is better in everything besides sharing screen.

I'm sorry, I didn't know that basic meant no keyring. My mistake.

As always Seth, thank you so much for your support!
