Fan fails to work in arch on ASUS laptop

laptop: ASUS TUF Gaming F15 FX507ZR_FX507ZR 1.0
the fan works in windows, but not working in arch, though firmware temperature reached very high.
once I reboot into windows, the fan starts immediately.

Some ideas:
- Keep your system firmware (BIOS) up-to-date (there is a recent update).
- Keep your Linux kernel up-to-date (Linux v5.19 will be released in the next couple of weeks).
- Test if you can control your fans manually. See the ASUS section specifically.
- Try booting with kernel parameter acpi_osi=Linux.
