Hello,
I've recently installed Arch once again, but I am struggling with an issue that I've been encountering for the last 3 months or so - no reinstalls seem to fix it.
On both linux and linux-lts waking up from sleep destroys any network performance I might have. Ping takes years to even starts up, loading websites takes 3x-4x as long as usual, Telegram likes to disconnect from its servers etc etc. No idea what the issue is, it only occurs after waking up from sleep (and not every time, only sometimes). Everything returns to normal after a reboot.
This happens regardless of whether I connect through my network card (Realtek Semiconductor Co., Ltd. RTL8111/8168/8411 PCI Express Gigabit Ethernet Controller (rev 15), kernel module r8169) or through tethering from my phone.
What can I do to mitigate this issue? I have no idea what logs to supply other than a dmesg log: https://pastebin.com/ehPYmUQw

PSA: re-installs will *never* fix *anything* - they're maybe a way to gloss over your mistakes, but that's not a fix.
And if you made no mistake, they can't change anything at all.
This happens regardless of whether I connect through my network card … or through tethering from my phone.
I would have suggested https://archlinux.org/packages/community/x86_64/r8168/ but this suggests it's likely not the kernel.
Please post a complete system journal ("sudo journalctl -b") after the connection gets slow after the S3.
Ceterum censeo: is there a parallel windows? => 3rd link below.
