[SOLVED] pacman -Syu and kernel permissions

EDIT: i rebooted and it was fine. seems it is meant to be these perms on btrfs. I got confused as these files had +x perms on fat32 esp and I assumed it should be the same on the btrfs fs. sorry for bothering.

Hi

I've just done a system upgrade and pacman upgrade my kernels to 5.18.12 (linux and linux-zen). kernels and initramfs files are in /boot and my esp in mounted to /efi. I'm worried to reboot as the kernels and initramfs img files are not executable:

➜ Desktop la /boot
total 342M
-rw------- 1 root root 92M Jul 16 11:51 initramfs-linux-fallback.img
-rw------- 1 root root 67M Jul 16 11:51 initramfs-linux.img
-rw------- 1 root root 93M Jul 16 11:51 initramfs-linux-zen-fallback.img
-rw------- 1 root root 67M Jul 16 11:51 initramfs-linux-zen.img
-rwxr-xr-x 1 root root 5.0M Jul 16 01:08 intel-ucode.img
-rwxr-xr-x 1 root root 628 Jul 16 01:18 refind_linux.conf
-rw-r--r-- 1 root root 11M Jul 16 11:50 vmlinuz-linux
-rw-r--r-- 1 root root 11M Jul 16 11:50 vmlinuz-linux-zen

This is not how they were before. I think when i reboot it might fail. It a btrfs filesystem. Im not sure why this is happening and what i need to do.
