Screen glitches

Sometimes, (I think after cold boot) i get stripe on login screen.

Do you see any text scroll by prior to gdm starting (I assume you are using gdm)?

You might set your default target to multiuser.target so that you can boot to the console.  If that happens at the console, that might mean one thing, whereas if it only happens in gdm, it means another.
In multiuser mode, manually start graphical.target.

Also, look at (or post) your journal from the failed start the the next time you start successfully using journalctl -b -1

Yes, I did. It happens only after cold boot
