Docking Station not working with my PC

I have a Dell WD19TBS Docking station (Thunderbold USB-C) and would like to use it with my PC. I tried several USB-C to USB-A adapters (with USB 3.0), but when connecting the docking station to my pc, I dont get any signal on my screens or mouse/keyboard.

Do you have any ideas, how I can get the docking station working with my pc?

My PC is on Arch linux with Xfce4.
