Hi,
My desktop computer has an integrated Aquantia AQC111 Ethernet controller. It has a 2.5Gb max speed rating. I am using a 2.5Gb switch connected to the 2.5Gb port of my FO router.
I am using the atlantic network driver for aquantia multigigabit nic (it seems to be outdated since 2022-07-02).
When doing a speed test (with speedtest++) I get a download speed of 2550 Mbit/s which is fine, but upload doesn't go above 20 - 30 Mbit/s. I tried changing MTU to 16000 and qlen (2000) to no avail.
When I connect using WiFi I easily get 600 Mbit/s upload, but download is way below the 2.5Gb I get with the wired connection.
Is there a better driver for this NIC or are there other settings that impact upload speed?
I use the latest kernel (currently 5.18.12) and all packages are updated daily.
The output of "lspci -v" is:
