[SOLVED] Switching from tbsm to sddm brings me both wayland and X

I have been previously using tbsm v0.6-1 to startup my Wayland/KDE/Plasm DE.
I then switched to sddm v0.19.0-8.
I can see it acutally starts up Wayland and XWayland, but I can also see an instance of "/usr/lib/Xorg -nolisten tcp -background none -seat seat0 vt1 -auth /var/run/sddm/{a3232b54-bccb-4494-bd53-396d269c6bce} -noreset -displayfd 17" running.
I am not 100% sure, but I think tbsm wasn't starting Xork up. Is this normal?

Cool: it worked. Thanks a lot.
Is there any specific reason for not having the AUR package for SDDM promoted to non-AUR (plus the extra config files)?

Because it's not a stable release but a git snapshot - at some point the regular SDDM package will include that support when the code that's presently in the git makes it into a release.

Please always remember to mark resolved threads by editing your initial posts subject - so others will know that there's no task left, but maybe a solution to find.
Thanks.
