OBS encoding with Radeon RX580

I can't get proper encoding in OBS with my Radeon RX580 graphics card. There was an AUR package called

ffmpeg-amd-full

which adds into OBS's encoders "AMD AMF H.264/AVC (via FFmpeg)" which works like garbage and gets overloaded very easily. I can't seem to find any real documentation online about proper encoding with this GPU. If you could help out that'd be great, but if for some reason encoding with this Radeon isn't possible, is it possible to keep using this GPU for everything else while also having an Nvidia card installed just for NVENC encoding (specifically the GTX 650 since I know its encoder more or less works under Arch)?
