VirtualBox cannot boot Windows 7

CPU:i5 12500H
Kernel:5.18.14-arch1-1
VBox: 6.1.36
ibt=off

After testing, when ibt=off is not set, VBox can't start any VM, after setting it, it can start Linux, but not Windows7
I don't really like KVM, I would like to use VBox if possible.
