Can't get rid of stale gvfs device from file managers

A while ago, I set up a Google Drive mount to show up in PCmanFM. I've since lost access to that account, so I can no longer mount it, but the unmounted share still shows up in Places. It also appears under Devices in Thunar. How do I get rid of this thing? I tried stopping gvfsd and removing .local/share/gvfs, but that didn't do it. I'm on xfce4, if that's relevant.

I don't really remember anymore, sorry. I know I installed gvfs-google.
