Laptop Screen Not Working

Laptop screen randomly turns black. Sometimes the screen does not turn on for a long time. There was no such problem in the past. But now I am facing the same problem in other distros. I think the problem may be related to Kernel update. I was using Ubuntu 20.04 when it worked without any problems. How can I fix that problem?

Laptop: Toshiba Satellite L875D-C4M
Kernel: 5.15.59-2-lts
CPU: AMD A10-4600M APU (4) @ 2.300GHz
GPU: AMD ATI Radeon HD 6610M/7610M
GPU: AMD ATI Radeon HD 7660G
RAM: 7421MiB

Can you downgrade the kernel and determine which kernel update introduced the issue?  Please also post the system journal for a boot with the issue.
