ASM1042 SuperSpeed die

i have ASM1042 SuperSpeed usb3 controller with one port. when i connect one device all works fine, but if i connect it to usb3 hub - usb die. in dmesg log i see there is no LPM. what is LPM and how can i get it? in windows usb3 with usb3 hub works fine.
