ext4 regresion in 5.19 kernel patched?

I just want to ask if this ext4 regresion in 5.19 kernel is patched or fixed by this patch or another? If not, maybe someone know when it may be patched or how this is or will be solved?

That patch is queued for 5.19.2 https://git.kernel.org/pub/scm/linux/ke … fe2b376677 I do not know if it does the issue though from the commit message it seems likely.
