[SOLVED] (somehow) USB not detected on runtime

Hey,
my USB ports are not detected when I plug in a USB or Keyboard (I don't get any output from lsusb or dmesg). When I boot with the keyboard plugged in it is recognized and works, but when I unplugg it, lsusb still shows it. Already tried to reboot and clean reboot (turn off completely and turn on again, this fixed the problem in the past).
Does anybody have an idea how to fix that?

System:
OS: Arch Linux
Host: 20NMS15800 ThinkPad X395
Kernel-Version: 5.19.1-arch2-1 (64-bit)
CPU: 8 × AMD Ryzen 5 PRO 3500U w/ Radeon Vega Mobile Gfx
Memory: 13,5 GiB Arbeitsspeicher
GPU: AMD Radeon Vega 8 Graphics

Run "dmesg -w" and un/plug the device. Is there *any* response to that?
Otherwise try a different device/slot.

turn off completely and turn on again, this fixed the problem in the past

Is there a parallel windows? (3rd link below)

Re: [SOLVED] (somehow) USB not detected on runtime

ok, for some reason it works now xD. Either I'm stupid or it has to do with powermanagement (plugged in Power cable) or I had to wait a bit after booting. I'd like to think that it wasn't the first one, really tried a lot of different things yesterday...
